Hidden shadows aren't rendered when ray tracing is enabled.

Reproduced in 4.23.1 CL#9631420, 4.24.3 CL#11590370, 4.26 Main CL#12123513

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new blank project and enable ray tracing.
2. Add a cube(DemoCube) to the scene.
3. Enable "Actor Hidden in Game" and "Hidden Shadow" in DemoCube.
4. Press G or play the scene.

Expected: DemoCube's shadow is still visible.

Result: DemoCubes's shadow isn't visible.
