When World Composition Sublevels are streamed out and back in the LODs appear distorted.
This reported and tested in 4.24.3 (CL-11590370). This was reproduced in 4.23.1 (CL-9631420), 4.25 Preview 2 (CL-12055273), and Main 4.26 (CL-12161634)
Results: The levels newly streamed-in are looks nice and have proper polygons,
but if the levels are streamed-out then the adjacent sub meshes's LOD is broken and have very poor polygons.
Expected: Sub levels must have proper LOD meshes
