The attached video shows the results of this bug. When two Widgets are next to each other and one of them has sliders, when the sliders are dragged past their bounds they will increment backward some. This only happens if you go out of bound on to another widget with collisions.
This was reported and tested in 4.25.3 (CL-13942748). This was reproduced in 4.24.3 (CL-11590370) and Main 4.26 (CL-14038305)
Results: When the slider is dragged past its bounds it increments backward a bit back in bounds.
Expected: The slider stops at its bounds when it is dragged past and doesn't move.
