Steps to Reproduce

Not known steps to reproduce.

*UPDATED;
Download the Hillside sample project.
Open it and create a new empty level.
Set the editor startup map to the new level in Project Settings.
Close the editor.
Disable ray tracing by setting r.Raytracing=False in Config/DefaultEngine.ini.
Reopen the editor and load the LV_Exterior map.
