The Imported Destructible Mesh chucks are not to scale when compared the original mesh and appear much larger.

This was reported and tested in 4.23.1 (CL-9631420). This was reproduced in 4.24.3 (CL-11590370), 4.25 Preview 1 (CL-11723679), and Main 4.26 (CL-11929415).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Blank project
  2. Enable the Apex Destruction plugin and restart the Editor
  3. Import SM_OsierTree_Small_Billboard.FBX with default import options and create a destructible mesh
  4. Open the Destructible Mesh and click "Import FBX Chunks" to import OsierTree_Small_Billboard_DM.fbx
  5. Swap between Preview Depth 0 and 1

Results: The imported Depth 1 mesh is larger than the Depth 0 mesh

Expected: Both destructible mesh depth should be the same scale
