UE4 Mannequin animations are not exporting/importing correctly into Maya. The right hand is bulkier and the left shoulder is dislocated.

This was reported and tested in 4.23.1 (CL-9631420). this was reproduced in 4.24.3 (CL-11590370), 4.25 Preview 7 (CL-12759524), and Main 4.26 (CL-12945139)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a new Third Person project
  2. Export one of the Third Person animations with the any FBX Export Compatibility (picked 2018) and enable Preview Mesh
  3. Import the Animation into Maya

Results: Wrong Skin Weight on Right Hand and Left Shoulder

Expected: FBX imports as it was in UE4
